I have to concur with DingleDangle. What is the point of increasing weight if your gaining. Stay where you are until results halt then increase a little. There really is no sense in increasing weight just because you can take it. That kind of attitude is more macho then pragmatic. If you watch and take your time your going to find that your accomplishing a great deal on very little weight. PE is a long process so take a look at the big picture. If you start increasing weight because it FEELS like you need to rather then your gains have stopped where is that going to take you? Take your time and report back here with your results.
I’m coming into my third year and I’m still around the 10 lb area. Granted I took a 3 month forced deconditioning period but never the less I’m back gaining again and feel the 10lbs is plenty. Of course I wear 2lbs all day, everyday also. The point is big weights aren’t necessary. Intelligent hanging is.
Now for you hard gainers might I suggest meat tenderizer. Just kidding :)
