Here where the results from trying two new things, thanks to the guys who provided the advice.
I’ve wrapped my glans (with alternate wrap) to reduce blood build up and took breaks in the set to let the blood build up recirculate and I made it through 3 20 minute sets with three minute long breaks during the sets.
Incidentally the AC was set to 72 degrees and I was eating a bag of frozen strawberries so my body temp was also very low (I was shivering).
So after a few hours I started feeling mentally fatigued again, since I still didn’t want to end my session there I did some edging. This is really frustrating, I would really like to get a handle on my PE gains. Everything’s been really slow and an uphill battle.
