Which Theraband?

As my hanging weight increases I’d like to try Theraband since I’ve seen it recommended by other hangers here. I’m not sure where I’d begin to find this and a web search I see all kinds of products. So which type specifically am I to purchase? I’ve been using one of Monkeybars blue sleeves as a wrap, and it works fine, but now that I’m up to 6 lbs I’m getting more skin pull and slippage, So I’m hoping to try something with maybe a bit more “support”, as I don’t like the skin pull. But I’m new at this so I don’t know. I’m using a home made Cap’ns wrench by the way..

Most physiotherapy supply companies on the web will stock it. Get a few different strengths and experiment to see which works best with your particular wrapping technique. You can use the rest for muscle exercises!

I believe silver/grey is what you can order with a Bib hanger.

What you need are the actual bands, you can cut them in appropriate length/width

Thanks guys! I’ll try the grey and see how that works. Use the rest for exercise, great idea haha! In between sets I’ve been doing sit ups and pull ups lately, then a few mins of rice sock. Got to make good use of your PE rest time!

Mine broke after a lot of use, I replaced it with some Gold’s Gym bands from Wal-Mart. Same stuff, just different colors and strengths. May be cheaper than web & shipping.
