Which hanger for attacking "the cord"

I am about to start fulcrum hanging to really hit my cord/dorsal-thickening/Buck’s fascia. That means I will be using heavier weight (10,15,20lbs). Which hanger system would be the best and most comfortable to achieve this? Could a VacHanger be used comfortably?


Wouldn’t any hanger be good as long as your doing the fulcrum. From what I’ve read that vac hanger can only take up to 20lbs.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Bib all the way for all hanging.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches.
