Where to place the hanger on the shaft?
I hanged for 3 months during the spring and summer but didn’t see any gains most likely because I kept adding 2 1/2 pounds every week or two. When I do start to hang again I’ll hang for 5 pounds for 1 month and add 2 1/2 each month. My question is should I place the hanger near the base of the penis or behind the glans? How many days a week?
