I hanged for 3 months during the spring and summer but didn’t see any gains most likely because I kept adding 2 1/2 pounds every week or two. When I do start to hang again I’ll hang for 5 pounds for 1 month and add 2 1/2 each month. My question is should I place the hanger near the base of the penis or behind the glans? How many days a week?

What kind of hanger? But generally you place the hanger one inch or MORE behind the glands. There are nerve bundles running through that area that you want to avoid. You can vary position greater then 1 inch behind the glands when you get sore from lots of hanging. The Idea is to get your ligaments into what is called fatigue. Most people who are in a routine go 5 on 2 off 1 hour or more hang time. You need rest too.
