Where should I feel the burn?

Where should I feel the burn?

I only have a couple of hanging sessions under my belt and I am not overly sure I am doing it correctly. When I hang SD while sitting in a chair, where exactly should I feel the burn? To me, it feels more like my skin is burning than my ligs. Any thoughts or comments would be great! Thanks.

Just starting out, you probably are feeling skin stretch, especially since you described it as a burn. Skin is usually the first limiting factor that has to be stretched. If it becomes too intense, just raise the angle of hang a little, or reduce the amount of weight you are hanging.

I always thought that skin stretch felt like an Indian burn. You know when you were a kid and would rub and twist another kids arm until they said stop on the playground.

I started out like that. I understood very quickly that for any gains to show up, the skin had to be stretched first. No getting around it.

And when the skin is stretched….

I feel a burning sensation in my tunica (the blood filled tubes inside your dick).
However, I have not had much progress lately.

But just the same: it feels like the right place to have a burning sensation…

This brings up an interesting question for me, since when I stretch manually I always pull back the skin on my penis towards the base. Is that a wrong move? I try to avoid the skin stretching sensations and make sure that im just getting ligs and tunica. However im now wondering if im going about this all wrong and first have to stretch the skin…

Any thoughts?

I think for most guys, the goal is a bigger dick. How can you accomodate larger internal structures, without a greater covering of skin? So, you have to stretch skin.

Is it more efficient to stretch everything at one time, requiring much more stress? Or only one structure at a time? Divide and conquer.

I am always afraid when I feel this burning that I am overdoing it.

It is a slight burning and I am afraid to lose sensitivity.


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Thanks for that reply Bib, makes sense now (I mean it did anyways just needed to hear it). Ill start to add some different stretching maneuvers in order to stretch not only the ligs and tunica but the skin on my shaft as well!

I have just started PE (mostly manual stretching) and encountered mostly a burning sensation of the skin at the base of my penis. This strong burning quickly subsided though (within 5 or so workouts) and was replaced with a good lig stretch. I am now roughly 4 weeks into my routine and I still feel a skin burn during some stretches but this quickly goes away. I found the longer and warmer my warm-up the more accommodating my skin was to the stretch. I have also been treating the subsequent stretch marks with a cream containing vitamin-e, which seems to have lightened them to the point were they are barely visible.

That sounds about right. Glad you are using Vit E cream.
