When Vac Hanging,how Often Should U Change Sleeve Placement?

Looking into getting the LG hanger and was wondering when should you change sleeve placement to focus on different parts of the shaft.

I don’t understand what you mean by focusing on different parts of the shaft. The way the vac hanger is attached by the glans, I think the stress is focused on the shaft more or less evenly overall.

Sleeve length ,short or long some people that I have seen use a long portion of sleeve to the base and some people have a shorter amount of sleeve 2or 2 1/2 behind the glans with vac hangers.

Oh okay. I actually never used them until I went to 10 lbs.
A) because just using the little donut thing is sufficient
B) I didn’t know how

It just made sense to use at 10 lbs for the extra strength of actually holding the vacuum, but I never actually rolled it down over my shaft like you’re supposed to.

But I believe they’re able to help spread the weight over the entire shaft more, and the more skin the sleeve is in contact with the more it will do so.

Some people use an extra wrap around their base to maintain engorgement, which helps fill the bell and minimize stress. A longer sleeve just adds more contact area for extra friction and makes it harder for air to slip in.

Just find a setup that works for you and stick with it.
