When to switch hanging angle

I wanted to find out when should I switch the hanging angle. Currently I am at 7.5 lbs and doing BTC. I have received good lig gains the past year and was wondering if I should start concentrating on hanging for tunica gains. What does SO, OTS, SU stretching stand for?

I haven’t gained in a while, but I haven’t been consistent like I am now. Thank god for motivation from Thunder’s.

If you’ve stopped gaining you need to quesiton what you are doing and modify it to start gaining again. So yeah, look at weight, time, changing angles etc.

my routine is:

8 reps long shlong heli
6 reps long shlong to right and left
8 reps bundled tunica straight up

20 min hanging BTC 7.5lbs
10 min break
20 min hanging BTC 7.5lbs

300 jelqs
6 uli’s
