Whats the best homade hanger?

Which is the best homemade hanger that someone could recomend to me?

Having only 1 dick, I’m not sure if different dicks would prefer 1 type of hanger over another.
I’d say you will have to make and try them all to find one that fits you best,

AS BLAND, IMPRACTICAL, AND AS NAUSEATINGLY POLITICALLY CORRECT THAT SOUNDS.

Off topic but the best hanger is Bibs (but it cost some bucks)

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

That not quite off topic. Before the commercial Bib hanger came the homemade Bib hanger.

Longhorn,

There are many designs in this forum, why not check them out.

Piet has designed some and posted some in use pics.
There’s the Wench
Ike has posted some interesting designs.
The Chickenchoker
The original Bib hanger.

I like the looks of this homemade hanger:

Homebrew BIB (mine)

and I’m still very pleased with my own hanger. These 2 designs do take longer to put together but they’re worth it.

Don’t forget Tom Hubbards AFB hanger. A versatile classic.

I’m with Piet. I’m very impressed by the mimic of the commercial bib that that user was able to achieve. Unfortunately, I was never able to get PVC to bend. I tried and tired.

I sent Bib a money order several days ago, so I’m hoping to be getting the real thing pretty soon.:jumpers: I figure he should have the M.O. by now, so it’s only a matter of time before I get the dick hanger.

I have been using the Caption’s Wench. It took five mins to make and is very comfortable to wear. You can get everything you need from Wall Mart & Lowes. Cheap

this is how to make it.

What are you gonna do? Sic your dogs on me? Or your bees? Or dogs with bees in their mouth so when they bark they shoot bees at me? I think Mr. Smithers picked me for my motivational skills. Everyone always says they have to work twice as hard when Im around! Its not easy to juggle a pregnant wife and a troubled child, but somehow I managed to squeeze in 8 hours of TV a day. Getting out of jury duty is easy. The trick is to say youre prejudiced against all races. - Homer Simpson.

The Chickenchoker3. I haven’t used it, but I would certainly give it a try if I hadn’t already bought the Bib starter. The use of the weight as the force that clamps the device on is absolutely ingenius. It ensures that you’re not clamping down harder than is actually needed to keep the weight on. The only thing I would probably change is the contact surface. Not the rubber gripper part, but what’s underneath the gripper part, which is nothing. I would put a solid flat piece in there, probably wood. The designer(Chickenchoker) must be an engineer or engineering student. Students tend to be more creative than those who are actually working. With that said, I feel like there isn’t anything that can beat the commercial Bib. Comfort is tops! Go ahead and build your home made hangers so you can really appreciate the Bib when you finally buy one.

Stretchin aka “Mr.Tightwad” who actually paid $100.00 for a hanger.

Here’s another vote for the wench. I use it exclusively, and have seen wonderful gains with it. My hat’s off to the Captain.

If you want to try it, it takes about $15 and five minutes of your time. Even if you hate it, it’s not like you’re out a whole lot.

The apparent lack of support in the windows was an obvious consideration in the design of the windows, therefore, I wanted to put something in there BUT when you actually make it, you realize that the gripper pads are so stiff and thick, that the 1 inch that separates the window edges is not enough for you to feel that your shaft is just riding on those window edges. It feels like 1 flat surface.

Those pads are so stiff that they bend out even after screwing them into the pillars. It takes the squeezing of your shaft to flatten them. Now if you were to enlarge the windows, let’s say another 1/4 inch, then you may want to add internal support to prevent the inward bowing of the pads into the windows. That or just find stiffer pad material.

By the way, more innovations to come.

When looking over what type of hanger you want, some considerations come into play. Like what your budget is and how handy are you? Anyone taking up hanging should try out a home made one to see if they even like it first. There are many great inventors on this board with their designs. Way better than I ever could think of.

Some of our foreign brethren don’t have easy access to the American on every corner super harware and home stores like Lowes or Home Depot. If your in the middle of nowhere, you should think of the hassle factor of rounding up thse materials vs just buying an item.

In conclusion, ask a lot of questions about hanging to those that do, see if it is right for you, look for available materials in your area, see what your own money situation is, see how good you are in the arts and crafts or handiness department and use your best researched judgement.

I know Lewd Ferrigno personally.

The AFB has definately a classic design.

To bend PVC all you have to do is heat it up in the oven untill it gets soft, then you can bend it anyway you like. To get the shape of that bibclone you have to place the heated PVC over a cylinder (cut in half).

KOG,

Your hanger was sent out on Friday. You should have received a notification. If you did not, let me know. In fact, here is what the notification said:

Hanger sent Firday. 2-3 days Cont US. 4-7 days international as per USPS. However, some have taken as long as five weeks.

If you ordered Theraband, use sharp scissors or nippers to cut it into four, 1.5 inch strips. Usually, 15-18 inches is enough. There is a good thread on wrapping at the top of the hanger’s forum at Thunder’s Place, and a movie on wrapping in the tutorials section of Thunder’s.

The product guide is located on the Bib_Hanger website. Much good information and support can be found in the hanger’s section of Thunders.

If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to email or post on the forums. Also, please let me know how it works for you.

Thanks and get busy,

Bigger

Bib,

What do you tell the shipping people when they ask you what is in the package?

Got any stories to tell about that?
:)
