What weights are you using?

I bring this up because I know some guys don’t used measured weights ie; watergallons and waterbottles. Do any of you do that?

I use regular barbell weights from any sporting goods store.

I recently asked a similar question in this thread and a few responses mentioned they used water bottles filled with either water or sand.

I guess I’ll go buy a gallon of water for a buck at the store. Hell it’s cheaper than buying weights.
