What was the magic weight for you?

What was the magic weight for you?

At what weight did you notice your first noticeable gains at?

anything between 3-12lbs.3lbs more for ads pe weights.

On an instructional video from bib (Someone else made it) I think it was stillwantsmore said he got the majority of his gains between 10 and 17.5 pounds.

I’m still hanging at 5lb’s and not experiencing much fatigue but slowly upping by 1 set each week till I max out my privacy time. I think 10lb is a good solid weight to get gains. But only time will see.

From 5lb - to 7.5lbs all my gains came from it

I have yet to feel fatigue at up to 6lbs.. I’m going to bump it up to 7.5-10lbs as soon as possible.

None. I tried between 2.5 and 25#, and never gained from any of it. It was only manual work and Mem’s Momentous Routine that worked for me.

Congrats! How many sets per day, how long were they, and over how long a time period did you see these gains?

Also, were you using an ADS?

I started with 5 inches BPEL and I did the newbie routine and modified newbie routine for about 2 years.
At 6.5 BPEL I started BTC hanging. When I got conditioned I hunged everyday without rest days 6 sets per 20minutes.
From 4-5 days I hung for Tunica gains because my ligs are now stretched out and I can’t gain more from my ligs.
You can check my Statistics all the gains there were due BTC hanging.
I used ADS(captain wench) for a week or two just to test it out but Bib told me that If I have time to hang there is no need to use ADS :)

I was planning to do do 6x20minute sets everyday except maybe weekends too. 2 hours a day seems like a nice round number. I’m also using 5lb and hanging BTC. So it’s encouraging you gained well from it.

Guys, I know a little trick. It helps you evolve your mind while you grow your dick. I never miss a hanging session because I read non-fiction books while I hang. This might seem weird, but man, whoever picks up this concept and rolls with it will gain untold wisdom! Think of all the hours you put into hanging… Now imagine reading important material for every minute of hanging. Talk about killing two birds with one stone! :-)

@Audacia Yeah I did one more thing when I hang:I close my eyes and visualize my unit growing big and how I want it to be.I think this helps with gains too :)

@Matutinal_euphony I do this too I read books on things that I want to improve in my life :) )

Modesto were you jelqing with both routines? Are you confident that it was manual stretching versus hanging that made the difference between the two for you?

I did not jelq with my hanging routine, but I did lots of jelqing with my manual routine. So it is certainly possible that jelqing makes the critical difference.

Thanks a lot for the info, 7incher! Much more motivated now.

One last question: When you hung BTC, did you keep your legs elevated to help increase the angle? That’s what I do right now, and I think it helps target the ligs better than if you keep your legs planted on the floor.

@Thermal I hаng BTC in very strange pose :D
I have armchair and I do this:I place the armchair close to my desk with my computer and I lie on the armchair and put my legs on the top my desk.That increase the tension on the ligs greatly ;P My pose is like women on gynecologist check. So Yeah I always keep my legs up :D
