I do hanging for about 2 months. I incremented from 6 lbs to 12 lbs in this 2 months with no visible gains ( maybe 0.1” in BPFSL)

What do I do next? Decon or continue to increment weight? Thanks.

How many sets were you doing?? What is the typical duration of your set?? Did you reached fatigue during your sets?

6 sets from the beginning of hanging, for 20 minutes each (like 11 - 12 - 11 - 10 - 09 - 08). I incremented just weight.

About fatigue.I don’t know if I reach it. I have a stubborn bastard in the pants.

Firstly, In my opinion I think you have up the weights to fast.

Second you need to measure to be sure you have not gained. You cannot rely on visible differences.

Thirdly 2 months is a relatively short period in PE to judge that things are not working and thus the need to alter your routine.Who knows gains maybe still in the pipeline, because you mentioned that you’ve gained 0.1” BPFSL, IF this gain is correct it’s a step in the right direction.

Lastly I think you need to read some more about Hanging like BIB’s posts, this will give you a better understanding where you at with your hanging.
You really need to reached the fatigue state during your first two sets.Then ride it as much as possible.

I think before you go and add further weights or decon, you should consider a different angle to hang.

You forgot to mention the most important part, the rest!
You need to rest
You are also hanging too much, try 6-8 lbs again, 15 min sets and lower it to 4 sets..

I do one day on one day off to make sure I get all I can without forcing to a plateau, when I reach a plateau ill stop for a few more days..

I did manual stretching for 4 months with slight to no results, I thought I might have been doing it too often (I would stretch for about 3 hrs added up.. So I switched to this.just measured after 4 days of this routine and I gained 1/4 inch in BPFL, I don’t want to tell you my length because I was above average at starting and I don’t want to like rub it in ur face.but just give it a try and see if it works.I also weened off masturbating over the past month to the point of not doing it at all, this may be a factor.. I havent measured EL but my flacid length is drastically bigger

Oh and warmup before and not after.
