What to do between sets?

I’m curious what others do between hanging sets.

It seems common for everyone to take a 10 minute break between sets. What do you do in this time?

Do you unwrap and jelq? Do you stay wrapped and just rest or apply heat?

Is there any common position on this?

Unwrapping in my opinion is not optional.

Ten minutes is just barely enough time to unwrap, massage/jelq back to happy, heat it up, and then re-wrap.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I let it sit there.. and/or strap on my circle device. If I have like an hour before I have to go to work I’ll do that for 5 minutes, then a few sets of wantsmores before 10 mins is up. It’s good to slap it around a little bit to get the blood flowing again.

I use a Bib and when my loaded time is up, I just back off on the main screw about 10 turns and that allows blood to recirculate. After 5 to 10 minutes the color is restored in my glans and I then just tighten back up the ten turns and attach my load again.

Position: I do all my hanging standing up and use a Bungee SO

I use a bib hardcore with a double layer of the scunci headband material. I completely remove the bib, walk my icy/hot jell pack to the microwave for a quick re-heating. Sit back down, jelq behind the balls for a few strokes, slap my bib back on and begin hanging again. The whole process only takes a couple minutes. I’ve found that walking returns the circulation pretty well.

Then (4.5 nbpel x 4.75 mseg)

Now (5.625 nbpel, x 5.25 mseg)

I heat it up, and sometimes get an erection to get lots of blood flowing.
