What to do after hanging?

Right now i am hanging 5lbs for 3 20 min sessions. After that i strechi it out a little for 2 or 3 minutes then apply hot wrap. SHould i do manual exercises after like a jelq session or something or just leave it alone. What should i do in between sets? Manual exercies and hotwraps?

Use the hot wrap before you hang, and for the first half of each set. You don’t need one after hanging. Try to cool down while in the extended state. Don’t use any heat at all for the last set or so.

Or you can do more hanging sets. You should jelq for ten minutes or so after your last hanging set to restore complete circulation.

You can do some BTB jelqing, massage, and jelq the unwrapped portion of your shaft. Also, just rest.

Use hot wraps before hanging, and for the first half of the first half of your hanging sets.

I would like to add to Bib’s Infinite wisdom if I could? Keep a logbook or journal and record your pounds used and time spent What direction you might have used like btc, ots, etc… Also That way you can also see anything that is slowly happening over time, that you might overlook. Take an assesment of your LOT too to gauge how far along you may be comming too. Maybe your hanger settings too to see where it was placing the stress etc…. You get the idea I hope.

That way you can help yourself understand the process better and fix any problems yourself or with other feedback.
