If the rings stay on without a wrap then the glans should be bigger than the inner diameter of the end ring.
If one has a smaller head then the string thing may not work as the penis/glans would manage to turtle back through the ring. :)

But I do not know how the string is used.

Actually what will happen is your glan will have blood squeezed out of it and then the rings will fall off. A natural occurrence. The only time the rings can stay on without a wrap is when your shaft girth is big enough that you almost have to screw them on, but then you might have an interesting time getting them off.

I have been hanging and using the fastsize ADS now for about a year. I have gained from 5.75” BPEL to 6.75 BPEL. I think it is mainly due to hanging. I find the fastsize a bit uncomfortable and have just ordered the vacu hanger from Monkeybar.

So you have any stats on numbers of sessions you had for that 1” gain?

Monty what exercises did you do to get that 1+” in girth gain? Is it all form the hanging and ADS or from something else?

My girth just kind of came along for the ride. I didn’t do anything in particular at all, just SO and SU hanging plus daily usage of my Rings. That’s it.

Monty this is a gem of an article. I’ve recently started taking my ADS very seriously and I wish I had done that in the past, especially when hanging, I bet I could’ve gained even more. Oh well its not too late I guess. My question is if there is a video or anything on how to wrap with the PE weights. I’ve read some threads but its hard for me to visualize especially when people talk about wrapping in between weights or something like that. I’m obviously confused. I’ll be looking into the HTW as it seems the quickest and easiest but I’d figure I go to the master when it comes to PE weights.
