what is SO hanging?

I looked under the quick start guide and could not find a description for this.Can someone please explain this to me?

I see.hmmm…so, fulcrum hanging is another thing right, like hanging more upwards? i noticed a lot of guys that has LOT 7 below are hanging SO.

Fulcrum hanging is where you introduce a second point midway along the penis and in some way support it there, good way to hang SO considering that gravity has an annoying habit of only working downwards.
