What do you suggest

In 8 days it will have been 1 year since I’ve gained. I’ve been doing some good work for the past year, but no results. I am starting my hanging routine for two months starting tomorrow and then I’m going to measure again. If I don’t have any results then I’m taking a 3 month hiatus. Does anyone think that I should wait before taking a break or go longer hanging before measuring?

Is this your first stint into hanging?

Yes, give more details about what have you did lately, what worked before, etc. etc.. Without that, opinions will be useless.

I guess marinera is right, you need to look back and see what you did wrong and you did right; you cannot move forward without accessing your preview PE PROGRAM

I jelqed for a while and gained then the gains stopped so I switched to hanging. I was hanging for 4 hours a day. I believe I was up to 15 lbs a day. Around the 43rd day of straight hanging I started to bleed out of the tip of my dick. This was a little unsettling for me and I haven’t done any hanging since. This was in June. I have analyzed what worked for me and it seems it was jelqing and the ADS. I want to hang and use the ADS, but I’m starting to think that I need to take a break since I haven’t gained in a year.

If jelq+ADS worked for you, it is worth give them another try, IMHO; if hanging hasn’t worked, it is better to let it apart for some time. When (and if) you’ll resume hanging, it will be the case to change hanger probably.

Well I was using the bib hanger.

Did you see any gains while hanging at all? Also, you said 43 days straight…thats not without breaks was it?

No sure of gains as I was waiting to measure, no long breaks. Maybe a day here or a two there, but nothing really long.
