What do you do with your balls?

I have been hanging for a while now and I have seems some quick gains when I am able to stay consistent. What I always wondered is when you are sitting and hanging, what do your balls do? Mine seem to always just go up inside me and I am unable to get them to stay out while I am hanging. Is this normal? Is there a better way to go about hanging? Thanks in advance!

What can you do? Your balls will do what they want. Unless you use a ball ring to make them hang out there’s not much you can do,. My balls retract at the mere sight of any cold, danger or doctor. I have massive low hanging balls that quickly disappears if disturbed. The literally disappear under certain conditions and one of hem is when I hang or pump.

I guess the reason I ask is mostly that they begin to hurt towards the end of the hour-long hanging session and do not really know what to do other than to wait until I grow a bit more so the sleeve will not be right up against my sack.

I started hanging 5 days ago, and I let my balls be them balls, most part of the time they are hanging nice, but not completely low, it is like 70% fuller and low. I guess it is supposed to be like that, never thought of it.
