What do you DO while standing there hanging?

I went from 5 to 8, to 14 and now to 15 lbs slowly. Love this hanging thing - feels like genuine “real” PE. The only thing I’m wondering is what other guys do during the 20 minute hanging sessions? I found a tall stool so I can sit on that while keeping my leg lifted (giving me an extra stretch feeling) .. but do you other guys usually stand the whole 20 minutes?

It just gets damn boring — TV is ok I guess but would prefer to be able to sit on the computer.

I’m actually hanging now with my laptop on my knee but it is a pain. Actually 20 min has passed. ;)

I use a tall stool too, and an ironing board to rest the laptop on, hehe.

You took the words in my mouth.hanging 20 minutes three set AM and PM is so boring. For me I do not need hanging that long, firstly is dangerous and might damage your dick and kill your EQ.

P.E is about getting very healthy EQ in order to your unit to grow, most people ignore that.

You don’t need to hang that long, I do hang only 15 minutes AM and PM and so far I have gained 1.1 inches in length I have been on this routine for four and half months only plus I also do dry jelqing, 400 kegels and add ADS for 6 hours

I used a music stand to put my keyboard and mouse on so I can work from the standing position but now I just read a book. If you work it right you could even put a laptop on a music stand.

I am confused, you say you rather be sitting in front of your computer why don’t you do that then? I don’t think standing and sitting provides any different of a stretch does it?

I read, watch TV, use the computer, and occasionally walk around the neighborhood striking up conversations with fellow hangers.

Like many of you, I also stand or sit while either watching TV or surfing.


I sit on a chair and prop my feet up on another. It’s called BTC. This way, I can swing my weights back and forth or even around in circles.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I recently made a chicken choker and was so pleased I made a second one with modifications. (There was a thread about a PVC pips one that inspired me but I do not know which one. But this is similar and the pic in the avatar of chickenchoker is the one I saw) My Two-dollar Chickenchoker Hanger!!

My first was a 1” pvc pipe cut to 3.5 inches and drilled and tied as spec-ed in the thread above. I added 1/4 closed cell foam attached with double sided adhesive. Kind of pinched being a dowel so I modified it after checking out the angle of the cord when the choker was loaded. I took two more 3.5 inch pvc pipe pieces and heated them with a hot air gun in the middle briefly. Once warmed up enough to become thermoform able I pressed a coffee cup into it to create a flatter surface that was curved in the direction of my “to be pinned” penis. I added foam and drilled the holes right at the top of the flat spot and through the center. The top side when on my penis is the side that has the holes drilled in line with the flat spot. This creates a good camming action and when it is weighted the flat surfaces are almost parallel and my penis comfortably pinned.

I have the cord loops where the hook attaches tied off with an overhand not so the weight will not slide in the loop tilting the choker and I use a small key ring carabiner. For weight I use 5lb dumbbells that are hand held and oval. These are hung on the carabiner with a small loop of cord so that they do not hang low at all. My chair is 18 inches high at the seat.

I’ve only started hanging in the last 2 weeks, but I don’t stand up. I lie down on my futon. I have a double pulley system. One attached to the curtain rail wall attachment, and the other to the last slat of the futon. I can adjust the angle by varying the attachment length of the second pulley. In the morning the rope runs between my legs, and in the evening over my chest. When the rope runs between my legs additional stretches can be gained by raising the knees, then from here you can also splay the knees for an extra stretch or raise the lower leg into a position that looks like you are sat on a chair whist on your back. When the rope is over my chest, I put my legs in a cross leg position whilst trying to keep the knees as low as I can and I also splay my legs with my feet touching (forming a diamond) and keeping the knees low (if you do this don’t push down on the knees too hard when the lower back begins to arch or you’ll pull something just above the kidneys). Both of these cause very rewarding stretches across parts of the groin. I also focus my breathing into the lower part of my stomach and penis, and kegel.

Also rocking the hips provides good stretch variation.

I work at my desk what used to work for me best back in the day was read through new papers or magazines which did not demand too much attention but required me to at least scan them. Right now I focus on reading web news pertaining to economics and market events.
