What attracted you to hanging?

What attracted you to hanging?

I’m thinking about taking up hanging. Among other things, one aspect that attracts me to the idea of hanging is that I don’t have to maintain an erection while doing it. That’s something I sometimes have trouble with while jelqing in the bathroom. What attracted some of you guys out there to hanging?

The many riveting reports of fascinatingly great gains.

I can verify most of my gains came from hanging.

And to think I owe it all to BIB.

Such a thing would sell me, too. What kind of gains have you seen from hanging?

About a quarter of an inch BPEL. I’ve been vac-hanging for about two months now.

What’s your routine? Do you only hang?

Yes I only hang. Currently I hang two 20 minute OTS sets of 18lbs three times per day with monkeybar’s vacuum hanger. Specifically, I hang two sets each in the morning, evening and night.

I should add, though, that as soon as my recently purchased static stretcher arrives, I’ll be using that to supplement my hanging routine so that, after hanging each superset of two sets, I will leave myself in the static stretcher so as to prevent turtling and to promote healing in the extended state to the extent to which that is possible.

Months of dedicated manual PE with no gains. Difficulty maintaining a semi during jelqing necessitating a greater time investment. Spending a few hours a day working in a home office meant zero time out of my day to hang. I enjoy multi-tasking. I enjoy mastering odd mind/body skills.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Hi, I’m quite new at this (4 months now) I saw gains intialy straight off the bat which was awsome, but nothing like when I would hang with weights and then strapp-up for an all day stretch.

I have the same problem with jelqing. That’s why I think I’m going to give hanging a try.

I think I’ll start with a basic hanging mechanism and use the Hanging 101 routine.

I started hanging because that was next step after the newbie routine, and I thought that I was ready and conditioned for it.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

Trying new routines after the newbie routine stop working out for me ;) .

Dustpan, excellent gains.

I am too lazy it would seem to tell people here what works. You like me have added around 2 inches. I have had a problems being dedicated to this PE as of late. I did get most of my gains through the BIB hanger with some jelqing. Applied heat is very important as well, as is dedication. Tell us how you made your gains Dustpan.
