What Are You Using For Weights

I just use weight lifting weights. Flat with round whole in the center. If I want to hit other angles, I have several pulleys. I have wire and thin rope that can handle more than I will ever hang. Combined with carabiners and my weight holder, I can hit most angles.

Modular containers of water held by a more rugged plastic bag. The containers are a base plastic bag with 3 kg of water, with other water bottles tossed in for more weight. I’m not sure what the upper limit would be, possibly 20kg if the bag is reinforced at the hanging point with tape.

Goal; 8,3 BPEL, 5,7 MEG, N/A BPFL, will be ruler measured.

Using a big elastic band is way more practical. Don’t be too worried about how much weight you are using, PE is not powerlifting.

For me using weights is just about being precise. I am in no rush to hit a certain weight. The weight is just a tool. But I enjoy being precise in the amounts that I am using.

I just started about a month ago from stopping about a year ago. I quickly got back to 10 lbs. I’m starting to field the fatigue in my lower abs again. I notice an immediate length increase after each rep. I try to do 2 hrs a day but can’t do it every day for lack of privacy.

What I noticed is if I use a 5 lbs for 2 sets of 20 mins then 8.5 lbs for 2 sets of 20 mins then 10 lbs for 2 sets of 20 mins and I feel fatigue after the first set at 10 lbs.

Looking eventually to get to 15 lbs for all sets.
