Hey all. I’ve been PEing since early January and I was a member at PEgym but that seems to not be working anymore.

I was really just using Big Al with his MEcoach and I saw good gains I think at first. In about 2 months, my BPEL went from 6 to topping out at 6.375 but consistently hitting 6.25”.

My girth stayed the same at about 4.75” to 4.8”

As a new member, I can post here.

I was interested in the BIBHanger but I was wondering what’s the best hanger now a days. BIB, with using the mirror test, said my LOT is above 9 and I have really good potential for lig gains.

What do you recommend? I’ve been reading a lot but the wrapping seems to get me nervous because my flaccid hang only hangs about 3.5 to 4 inches non-bone pressed.

There are lots of opinions about hangers - it seems everyone has their favorite. The only thing I’d suggest is that you keep the weight light and the duration short at the beginning. You need time to condition your penis and don’t need an injury.

I figured I would keep this all in one thread. Please if anyone could help.

Does anyone seem to gain girth from hanging if so MEG or BEG? And how much?

I’ve been hanging with the BIB starter for about 4+ months. I’ve definitely gained some BEG. I’d say close to a half inch. With your current flaccid you’ll have no issues with the BIB starter.

Started 11/2014 6.0" BPEL x 4.0" MEG (Ballpark #'s)

03/2016 7 1/4" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG

Goal for 2018 is 8.0" BPEL x 5.5" MEG! PE'ing Just Over a Year and Going for 8x6

I’ve been very inconsistent with PE over the years (will be serious for months at a time and back off) mainly because I don’t like manual stretching. I was able to make a Captain’s Wench with stuff all from Walmart, and it’s great.

It took me a few attempts to figure out wrapping and where to clamp, but now I can get a consistent stretch that feels how (I think) a good manual stretching session should feel. Gained at least .25” permanent length from hanging on/off the past couple of months without going over 8lb. It works.
