Very hard gainer in need of help
Hi guys, I’ve been at university since September, so have I had little time to post or read posts. September marked my first years anniversary of hanging and when the new year arrives I will have been doing all pe for almost a year and a half.
My gains are minimal, being 0.5” eg and 0.5”ebpl at the most (my erection quality varies). Before going to university I had hung at least 2hours a day, I tried various angles, btc, ots, so and fulcrum hanging. I started with btc because at the time it was thought this would give max gains, I gained little if nothing, then I read about the lot theory and after discovering I had a low lot I switched to the higher angles, mixing in some fulcrum hanging for variety.
For the 3 months before I went to university I hit my tunica hard hanging over 20 hours a week at so or ots and with up to 17.6lbs of weight (any higher seemed to cause discoloration), I would reach fatigue and have to lower weight, I even incorporated the Penismaster device into my routine and did occasional jelqing. I thought this would be it, I thought this routine would give me the gains I so greatly desired, but every time I checked the ruler I saw no change.
Since being at university I have only found time and the will power to manual stretch for 30 mins a day and jelq with one hand as a tourniquet for another 30mins, I know that if all the hanging I did couldn’t give me gains that the limited routine I use now is highly unlikely to give me gains but if I don’t do any pe I feel guilty. Whats worse is it seems like I may have lost a 0.25” nbpel gain although I have kept all my bpel gains
I really want to get back to a good routine but I am out of ideas and my moral has been depleted, are there any other low lot hard gainers out there that can help me with a new routine or give me some sort of motivation because I am badly in need of it, I refuse to quit on pe, your help would be greatly appreciated.
