Hi,

I’m doing 3 x 20 minutes per day at 5 pounds (just started).

I’m doing everything Straight Down at this point.

Would it be wise to vary that and do some different angles?

Which angles would attack the tunica the most?

I assume straight down is the most effective for the ligs?

My LOT is about 8-9 by the way.

I made a pulley system that hangs from the ceiling. I have the Bib hanger and like you when I started, was hanging straight down. This was awkward and uncorfortable. With the pulley I can sit down, adjust to any angle. Sometimes I get contorted real strange but go with the stretch or pull. For me this has worked the best. I just rigged this up a few weeks ago so I can’t tell how well it’s working. I’m going to try to hang for at least 2 hours a day for 6 days a week maxing at about 19 pounds. I’ll try to keep in touch and let everyone how it goes.

It’s best to work one angle until fatigued, then switch. With an 8:30-9:00 LOT, I suggest you go exclusively BTC.

SO, OTS, fulcrum hanging - pretty much anything that stretches your dick out or up. I’m partial to fulcrum hanging.

BTC is generally the most effective. You may have to ease into it gradually to allow the skin time to stretch. Just slide down your chair a little more each day. Put your feet up on something.
