Variety of Angles Essential?
Hi,
I’m doing 3 x 20 minutes per day at 5 pounds (just started).
I’m doing everything Straight Down at this point.
Would it be wise to vary that and do some different angles?
Which angles would attack the tunica the most?
I assume straight down is the most effective for the ligs?
My LOT is about 8-9 by the way.
