Vacuum Hanging and comfort
Hi - I see numerous posts about vacuum hanging comfort, versus other devices like the bib etc. Does anyone have any tips to increase the comfort levels?
I am uncut and currently hanging 2.5kgs, and find the pain at times intolerable with blood blisters more often than not surfacing. The pain is at its peak when I start to detach the weight after a set. I have tried taping, and have tried wrapping with some toilet paper which helped a little in the beginning - but I find the way it grips my head too painful, with pain shooting down my shaft and around my groin.
I tried to hang 4kgs last night and feel very sore, almost a bruised feeling my down shaft/base, and with a new blood blister on my head.
I am keen to hear from those that find vacuum hanging comfortable.
