I think your right, The more my glans are pushed to the end of the cylinder the happier my glans come out at the end.

I’m still having problems with the wrap. If I use too much wrap, it won’t hold, even more wrap it does hurt my glans for some reason. Little wrap is good but it will allow my head to expand and it’s very uncomfortable.

Do I just use wrong wrap material? I’m using BSN medical “elastic fixation bandage”? Can someone give me easy wrapping tutorial?

Should I order some 3M micropore tape? I found Finnish web site with 1 day delivery time?

Ya dude I think your just using the wrong tape. I just use no-hurt paper tape. You can buy it anywhere.

Update: Well its been a week since I got my blister. It sucks and it hurts. It’s all scabbed up now and if I even try to do anything PE related it bleeds. It even bleeds a little from just getting an erection. I think I’m going to be out of PE for a while. Trying to hide this from my girlfriend is a bitch as we are both very sexual. I hate being away from my PE, but I REALLY hate anything that gets in the way of my sex life! ;-)

A few observations from taking this week off. 1…I don’t think I realized how fatigued my dick actually was. I could really feel it this week as it healed and my EQ just went to shit. Funny thing is that my EQ wasn’t too bad before I stopped, but I could tell that is was lessening a little. It does seem to be coming back now though. 2…after a weeks rest I am now measuring an 8Th of an inch longer consistently. Before I would see it go up and down. So I have finally actually measured an increase! So I am at my old high from when I was hanging months ago. I am wondering if I will loose it this next 4-6 weeks that I will be taking off.

What’s your take on this: When I switched from the Bib to vacuum hanging it really allowed me to hang more time and weight. In just over a month my BPFSL went from 7 to 7.5 inches, yet I lost an 8Th of an inch in EL. Then I started to loose BPFSL and gain EL. So now I have gained back the 8Th in EL that I lost, and put on another 8Th of inch. Yet my BPFSL has gone from 7.5 to 7.25. I’m really after the EL gains, but I’m perplexed. The decrease in BPFSL and increase in EL started happening after I started to add in some jelqs. I started with 50 3-5 second wet jelqs, 2 on 1 off, but then my EQ went to shit so I lowered then to 30. Anyways why do you think this happened?

I now have the 3M micropore tape. I can hang very comfortable now. I just hanged 30min with 7,5lbs followed by 1h with 5lbs. Had to stop because my ligs and shaft got very sore :) Problem solved!

I can’t wait until he releases the new vac-hanger. I ordered the XL, and I think that is why my sleeves get stretched out so fast and I get skin pull. If I had the Large things would be perfect.

I too am looking forward to the new vac-hanger, but since my hanging rebirth I’m OK with the standard Vacu-Hanger I have.

The 3M Pore Tape is nothing short of a revelation for me. Being uncut is my Achilles heel, however the tape has made hanging feel like I can actually grow from this PE practice. Whoever thought it up first has my gratitude for their novel thinking.

I have also been using my Thermotex Infrared wrist heating pad to achieve continuous heating of my penis under tension. I can feel overmuch of heat on my glan after so long and have to switch it off for a spell, and that’s even on the ‘Low’ setting, but finding the right balance will come in the next week or so I’m sure.
I recommend the Thermotex wrist pad to any hanger because its SO EASY to use as a continuous heat source for your warm up, and/or sessions. I am currently hanging nigh-on 9lbs for a single set of between 1 1/2 - 2 hours in duration.

Who here uses the Red Sleeves? Are they awesome?

Monkeybar said something about it on the extender or autoxsleeve thread. I think he’s working on a hanger that you won’t need tape for?

Hi, thought I could help for some who are like me and it hurts to pull the tape off (even with baby powder).

I’ve got the bib vac-extender. I used the excess sleeve which I cut off, to cover my head, with a bit of cotton pad at the bottom of the cylinder.

Then, a Velcro strap around the shaft/main sleeve (one you can pull tighter).

It seems great for the hour I used it for, compared to the last two day struggle with condoms, balloon’s, tape and leather trying to stop the pain.

Now I can hopefully begin a proper routine.

Yes he says you won’t need tape or a sleeve. How he is doing that I have NO idea.

Late to the party, sorry.

I have been hanging with a MB xl size vac hanger for about a year and a half now. I used a home made Wench before that for a year and have also tried a Bib. The Vac is my favorite.

Fluid build up near my frenulum has been my only concern while vac hanging. To combat this I started taping and I use a piece of old sleeve on top of the tape to keep everything in place. I first make a cross with the tape across my glans then I put a piece across the width oh my head on top and bottom. Don’t forget to make a “courtesy tab ” with the first piece of tape so the entire thing is easier to pull off. I use J&J paper tape and think it’s the best. Generic paper tape is hard to get off.

I currently hang between 12.5 and 15 lbs. I try to keep my sleeve as short as possible so the entire length of my dick is under stress. You can use about an inch of old sleeve (just like the piece I put over my tape) over your primary sleeve to help keep a good seal against your shaft. Fulcrum work is where I get the most vacuum seal breakage due to the fact that your dick gets kind of flattened out by the fulcrum.

My last set I usually take off the tape to get a good Glans pump but I watch the time and weight to avoid any injuries.

I hang in all angles to get a complete tunica/lig work out then back it up with jelqing and a little clamping.
