The results that they’ve obtained from 2 X 30 minute daily high tension traction sessions a day has been remarkable and supports the idea that statistically significant results can be achieved with higher tension and less time.

LG I believe supports the idea of 2 hour long sessions a day. Not sure what protocol you’re thinking to follow, but there is a lot of anecdotal and now clinical data to support a higher tension and/or shorter duration approach.

So I think it is timely that you bring your experience into this, to explore idea.

Thankfully the clinical data also aligns with the experience of some of the biggest lengthgainers I could find. Superdick hangs 50lbs bundled for 10 minutes once a day with a compression clamp hanger and another 2”+ length gainer on matterofsize stretches super hard once per day.

LG Hangar Round #6: Up to 6.25lbs from 5lbs

Session Notes

*Prior to this session I used my Xsleeve stayer sleeve for like 6 hours. It made the skin around the base of the shaft dry and chafe because I’ve been wearing it a lot in close proximity. Silicone doesn’t breathe so daily wear of the stayer may need to be limited.

1. I edged for about 45 minutes. No stayer was used.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 7.5HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 6.25lbs for today’s weight and turned the hangar 5/8th turns clockwise and began the session. I made a specific mental note of the locaion of the pump port to keep my orientation straight of how many rotations I did.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

3. After removing the hangar I performed hardcore stretches and some fulcrum erect bends, using my forearm as a fulcrum. This took between 8 and 11 mintues.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my trusty silicone half a sleeve as a stayer, returning it to position and attempting to take a nap.

5. Routine is completed

1. I have a good way of sitting in the chair that doesn’t need modification. And it’s starting to get comfortable. Sitting down tonight didn’t cause any issues and my usage of the computer has not been hindered nor has it continued to bother my knees. This year of hanging may do more than chiropractic care did for the knees.

2. Current hanging streak remains the same as the number of the entries. I know that won’t be the same forever but…so far, so good.

3. Erections seem straighter since I’ve started hanging. I attribute it to fighting my leftward curve by turning clockwise. I will continue to do this. I also am using less and less visual stimuli. That means photos, vidoes or even text are not being required. I can do it just on sensation now.

4. I’ve noted vascularity post session that is not my usual. I feel like my cock is more craggy and defined and that hanging is probably adding to this. I like the look so it’s no issue just a note I’m making here.

LG Hangar Round #7: Bonus Round at 7.5lbs

Session Notes

*I did a session about 90 minutes prior and just felt like 6.25lbs wasn’t good enough and I wanted more time under tension today. So I doubled down and went with 7.5lbs after about a 40 minute rest from my first set.

Also, I recall my fatigue and feeling strain starting at 7.5lbs. So I wanted to give that a go and just put the time in on a weight that’ll get me something going.

1. I edged for about 10 minutes. No stayer was used.

2. I strapped into the hangar using 7.5HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and turned the hangar 5/8th turns clockwise and began the session. I made a specific mental note of the locaion of the pump port to keep my orientation straight of how many rotations I did.

2b. Note, the last 15 minutes of this session I felt some fatigue or strain. It’s a warm discomfort through the shaft as though you’re really doing some work.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

3. After removing the hangar I performed hardcore stretches and some fulcrum erect bends, using my forearm as a fulcrum. This took between 8 and 11 mintues.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my trusty silicone half a sleeve as a stayer, returning it to position and attempting to take a nap.

5. Routine is completed

1. Chair must be working out if I opted for a bonus round shortly after my regular session.

2. Current hanging streak remains the same as the number of the entries. Consistency for the win!

2b. This bonus round was a serious challenge for the last 15 minutes. It just…was like work. Like if you push a heavy object and to focus and push harder you start yelling “Aaaahhh!” and power through the task ahead of you. That’s how that last 15 minutes felt for me, feeling this fatigue for the first time.

3. Erections are a touch weak today. I was up 32 hours and only slept for 5. This is a late night session that when I’m done I will go crash again.

4. A note on session number. I can see why there is a 200 minute per day optimum for hanging. From session to session what you feel will change and you are likely to experience that range of optimum deformation within the 200 minutes. During this second session I feel like if I could muster the energy a 3rd session would be a great idea. But, this second session was hard enough. The third simply isn’t happening now. Maybe 3 per day, maybe. But not now. Optimally 90 minutes in the morning and 2 hours at night but…

I felt it in the ligaments much more towards the end. And I can see what a lot of the hangers are talking about when they’re talking about targeting the ligaments. Raw time helps and if I can experience fatigue in the 7-10lb range I can use a vacuum hangar more efficiently and likely reach goals without going 15lbs+

5. For a session heat source I’ve bought a small wrist wrap heating pad. It was an idea I got from Little Engine a while back and never implemented. It should be something I can apply directly to the base of my cock for the hanging session. Keep the ligaments warmer and just add the heat I prefer per session to maybe increase effectiveness. I truly think heat will set off my hours of hanging.

Additionally, the dining room needed my space heater as this is where my desk and computer are and I can’t do seated hanging without my desk and computer. Cuz that’s just inane. The fact that the weather slows PE if I’m not careful STILL is aggravating to me.

LG Hangar Round 8: Morning session

Session Notes

I am making my move to a two sets a day commitment. One in the morning. One at night. I do know I just increased weight by a lot as well but this is a choice I made due to extreme levels of conditioning. Not one I recommend for the newer PE practitioner, especially one without vacuum pump or hangar experience.

1. I edged for about 25 minutes. No stayer was used.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 7.5HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and turned the hangar 5/8th turns clockwise and began the session. I made a specific mental note of the locaion of the pump port to keep my orientation straight of how many rotations I did.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

**Session was 45 minutes. Attempted to increase bundle by twisting more and lost seal. I did not seat properly early on so my seal was weaker than it should be. Additionally, I probably should seal with a higher pressure if I’m going to bundle at 7.5lbs or more.

3. After removing the hangar I performed hardcore stretches and some fulcrum erect bends, using my forearm as a fulcrum with other miscellaneous stretches. This took between 12 and 18 mintues, as I would stop and get erect then stretch again or work flaccid for a while.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my trusty silicone half a sleeve as a stayer for….roughly an hour.

5. Routine is completed

1. Amping up the minutes under tension is going to really make my time spent in this kneeling chair meaningful. It is a made in China masterpiece so I’m unsure if this amount of sitting is even good for the chair but we will find out! Chair feelings are still very positive despite it all. Though, to assure positive clerance and make my ass less numb I will be buying a cushion for this thing. It’s pretty shitty as it comes factory and my ass is gonna need help to ride out all this time in this damn chair.

Additionally, even though I have an ass, the smashing of this cushion is endangering the free movement of the weight to not ground out on a surface and cause my hangar to lose tension. Or in other words, cushion get flat, butt hurts, weight hit floor. Bad. So I need a cushion to assure my clearance and comfort as well.

2. Current hanging streak remains the same as the number of the entries. At a point probably in the middle or end of February it will start to exceed the entries if I start doing two sets at night back to back. My goal is one set at 90 minutes in the morning and two sets of an hour a piece at night. My calculations agree with some of the old school hanging superset timetables and 200 minutes per day, especially spread out, will keep the tissue in a state of strain. I woke up feeling the effects from last night so this can be exploited if I don’t spend my time needlessly ramping up the weights.

3. Erections seem straighter since I’ve started hanging. More thoughts on this is the bundling clockwise. I feel an especial burn on the left side, inside the curve at times. Especially if I turn for a full revolution clockwise. I believe I may go for a full revolution as opposed to my roughly 180 degrees now (plus 1/8th) instead of a weight bump next time I want an intensity change.

4. This session fatigue set in with 27 minutes to go. So minimizing the time between sessions definitely will help. I mean that’s pretty obvious math versus attacking the tensile strength of a structure that heals between attack instances but…I’ll make the note here in plain words. More hanging sessions with less time between them will likely lead to more gains sooner. Which is why super set theory that Bib and company used for all these years seems to work.

I did a floor apparatus and had to adjust it. I’ll be posting here with its effectiveness and probably getting a female friend to get pictures of me in the apparatus for my picture thread (since they’ll technically be nude pictures) but…any ideas for seated hanging are good. That is how you can ease the load of the time hanging takes.

I can log heavy hours on any device I can reasonably use.

Hanging was always horrible because I had to stand and because I had wrap and use compression hangars. I only recently mastered the wrap of a compression hangar and I still didn’t have a seated option When I did. And compression hanging still is…uncomfortable at best. Kind of painful usually. It was why I’ve never hung longer than 5 weeks at a time before.

It is also why I was excited to start this thread. I can conceivably log 1000 hours in a year with the LG (though I think 500-750 is more likely) and I really want to see if I can get a length gain growth spurt like everyone else.

Additionally, I like straight “time under tension” style methods. I started this game with extending. I like my ADS and I love my pumps. Hanging was supposed to be something I mastered a long time ago. Just ain’t turn out, or have the chance to till now.

LG Hangar Round 9: Attachment issues

Special note: It took 3 tries to get the vacuum hangar to pressurize without my glans slipping down into the sleeve, out of the glans cylinder. I attribute the bulk of it to reflexively wrapping too tightly and creating a situation where my shaft did not expand at all in the silicone sleeve, allowing the shaft to slide back and my glans to go into the sleeve once weight was applied. A looser wrap and pressurizing the hangar at 10HG solved the issue for this entry.

1. The Purple Pillow I’m using is a great cushion. But it changes my seated angle somewhat. This causes me to lean further forward in the chair. Not anything bad but…my current posture leaves me unable to turn the bundle arms and hold them with my legs without changing into an uncomfortable position. I will attack this when I can. Raw hours are my primary goal.

2. Current hanging streak unbroken. Probably best that I don’t go up in weight for a good while to keep it that way.

Are you already at the session duration you’re trying to achieve or are you still building up?

For the back to back evening sessions how much time in between sessions?

Session duration for vacuum *hanging is generally an hour. It went without saying and I should have specified that for those who do not know that. I may build to 90 minutes for my morning session but that is at least a month away.

30 minutes between sessions for me I think. But not really sure. Only have done one consecutive session as of yet so I’ll decide later when I implement it permanently.

LG Hangar Round 10: Equalizing pull and learning the device

Special note: Somehow there was a breach in the system when I put the hangar on the first time. The cylinder would not hold pressure when pumped. Was unable to duplicate this and do not know what caused it. I suspect it was user error (me screwing up) but I just don’t know how yet.

Session Notes

1. I lightly edged (to semi hardness off and on while flirting, not fully hard for the entire session like usual) for about 35 minutes. No stayer was used.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 10HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and the weight hung without being turned or bundled today. I primed the cylinder several times, trying to make sure I had a good seal.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

3. After removing the hangar I performed hardcore stretches and some fulcrum erect bends, using my forearm as a fulcrum with other miscellaneous stretches. This took between 12 and 18 mintues, as I would stop and get erect then stretch again or work flaccid for a while.

1. While the purple pillow screws up my ability to bundle, the level of learning I have to do with the LG is enough that I probably shouldn’t be bundling right away anyhow. So I’m splitting the difference by getting used to 7.5lbs and hanging as a twice daily practice. I’ll figure out how to hold a twist in the hangar when that comes up, given my unique seating arrangement.

2. Current hanging streak unbroken. May be unbroken until I have surgery done on my herniated stomach.

3. I’ve been looking at modifying the chair for bundling though. I do feel it would help me with my curve and so I will probably go through with it just to have the option, even though it may be early and still counterproductive to bundle at this point.

4. This session fatigue set in at 20 minutes. So I’ll go with this being the right weight. This fluctuation has stabilized (at least with this sample size of one trend back up after 4 trends of fatigue setting in sooner and sooner) and a good baseline for fluctuation that is physically safe and bearable is all I want so I can clock the hours needed. Also noted is that fatigue now isn’t as directly difficult to bear as it was the first few times. So either I’ve adjusted or it is less fatigue but still fatigue.

Additionally, this fatigue and pressure on the glans feels very uniform today. I think that getting deep into the cylinder is needed to make a good bid at using the device properly. Because that equalizes the pressure on the glans and gives a good, even feel to the shaft pull. If you’re hanging at 15lbs or more, I’m sure this is a key element.

5. Hours note: I generally do a few minutes overtime for every session, as much as 7-10 minutes at times. So, I will be counting my sessions as 1 hour as a general rule unless otherwise specified. I will still directly state when I conclude a session early but likely even concluded early I’ll mark it at one hour unless the session doesn’t reach the halfway point. Given the amount of spare change minutes I’ll rack up and not mark and to keep hour counting simple towards the end of this year.

Session note #4

Not sure what type of anti-retraction band you are using here, but I use our Girth Bands. I will use three or four in succession after a hang session. They will keep your flaccid long while you recover. Multiple Girth Bands in a row work better than a continuous length of silicon sleeve. They work independently from each other and even prevent retraction when moving from a seated to standing position.

I’ve been using cut pieces of silicone Xsleeve of varying tension. My current stayer is about 1.5” wide band of hard silicone.

Your girth bands sound interesting. I’ve been considering them. Those and the tape are something I should look into today or tomorrow.
