Vacuum hangers damaging glans?

I’m at 9 lbs now hanging with my phallosan forte and I just want to double check and make sure I’m not damaging my glans in anyway. All I use to protect it is the protector cap. I’ve never had a blister or anything. All I get is Edema after but it goes away quickly. I hang 2 hours a day. I’m just worried that 9 lbs is too much weight hanging off your glans. I mean, I seem to remember reading on here that when you do manual stretches to your penis that you’re never supposed to stretch from the glans. It says that you should grab right below it. I’m tired of being paranoid about this so I hope someone can help put my kind at ease. Thanks! Btw I’m at 250 hanging hours now.


Current: 6.875 BPEL / 7.25 BPSFL / 4.7 MEG

Goal: 7.5 BPEL / 5.5 MEG

I think a lot of people have used more weight without big issues other than blisters (which can be recidive though).

The reason you grab behind the glans when you hand stretch is to have a better grip (although you shouldn’t sqeeze the glans like you want to make it implode, of course).

Vacuum hanging

I hang for about 6 hours a day with a vacuum hangar, During this time I do not get blisters on my gland but it does swell up. As a result I shed skin from my gland and and down the shaft where the vacuum is attached. . I was told that the constant hanging does enlarge my gland and the shedding of the skin is proof of that. But its a real slow process, and I have noticed that my gland is getting larger, which to me is a good thing.

Which one do you use and how much weight?

I have a problem with my vlc tugger. it’s not damaging my glans, but it’s damaging my frenulum, because it is always staring to tear it apart. i can’t imagine that i am the only one having this issue…

The Grip

I use the XX large Vacuum chamber from THE GRIP out of Florida. Yesterday I did 10 hours hanging from 5 lbs to 11. I changed the weight up and down. You know mixing it up. Most of the time for at least 6 hours.2 in the morning and at lest 4 at night.. Flaccid length has increased and its at 5 1/2”. I,m not sure what I used to be, but I think it was a round 4 1/2”. But I have not seen any real erect length gain. I,m thinking that I’ll need to get to 6 1/4” (current erect) flaccid gain before my erect gain starts moving. My flaccid girth is 6 3/4” erect its 7 1/4”
