Vacuum Hanger with Fulcrum?

Does anyone use a Vac Hanger with a Fulcrum?

I ask because I’m interested in Vacuum Hanging, but I’m a little put off by that most Vacuum Hangers can’t handle much weight past 12-15 lbs. I know you don’t necessarily need to use a lot of weight to make gains. But just in case I need more weight than that I thought a solution to this problem may be Fulcrum hanging?

But wouldn’t the fulcrum hanging with lighter weight eventually create the same problems as just heavier weight in pulling the Vacuum Hanger of the penis?

I use this and it gives a surprising intense hang even with low weights. My straight stainless steel bar just rests on my thighs but I think the bar needs to be bent in the middle as it pushes my cock up and it feels odd. The most I’ve hung is 4kg and it was fine. Wrap up though to avoid blisters.

Have you seen gains with this routine? How long have you been doing the Vac Hanging with Fulcrum?

10 lbs is already a lot actually. I’ve been topping out at around 9 lbs in 15-20 minute sessions. Think more about how long you hang more than how much you hang.

Yes j have seen small gains actually. Haven’t yet consistently done this but I’ve been on and off for 2 months. I now use 2kg weight and follow up with a pump session. Good luck
