I have been hanging with a Vacextender set for about 2 weeks now, i started out with 2.5 lbs, but I didn’t feel much stress at all, I’m now onto 5 lbs.
My question. Is this normal for Vacuum Hanging? Am I using too much weight too early?
I started off doing 3 sets at 20 minutes each.
I am now doing 5 to 6. I’m probably going to tone it down a bit, because i hear that going to high too early will make gains harder to come by.
