Vaccu hanger question
I hang with monkey vaccu hanger. Is it a must to limit sets to 20 min? I have done sets of 40 min without any problems.

Be real careful pushing this boundary...
It can result in tissue death and discoloration in the head of your penis. You will want to avoid pushing this boundary, if you want to avoid these two issues that will result if you keep pushing it.
