So I bought a vacuum extender, but it can also be used as a vacuum hanging device. I only wanted to do hanging, but after reading so much in saiyan22 threads and other guys talking about ADS and recovery in an alongated state, and I’ve been hanging now 3 weeks only 2 days off PE as had no EQ problem. I am doing 4~5 sets a day depending if I have the time to do. My question is:

Can I hang 2 sets in the morning then use ADS for 3 hours, 1 set of hanging at evening then use ADS for 3 more hours then 2 more sets of hanging at night?

I jelq at evening and at night for 10 minutes each. And always warming up before every set.

I don’t think that sounds like bad routine as long as you’re conditioned properly. My concern is not taking enough rest days for that extensive of a routine. If that routine is your intention, I would start at 1-1 or 2-1 and work your way into it. When hanging it’s easy to do too much too quickly. Even with good PI, it could go wrong in an instant if you miss a sign of fatigue and overwork it.
