In my opinion, heat all the time — before, during, after, regardless of the type of exercise.
Yeah, I agree that heat before & during stretching is good.
But what I meant was; If you heat for, say, 15 minutes before stretching, should you:
1) Heat, then put the hanger on?
2) Or put the hanger on, then heat?
Before doing the routine, whether it be hanging or stretching.
