Vac Hanger Gland Unit Size

I was wondering how to judge the size to order from auto extender(small,medium,large,x-large)?

My glands area little more than 1 inch long and 1 inch thick flacid and alittle more than 1.5 inches erect.

Anyone got a guess on which size i should go for?

I want to get expansion past my normal as i’m using this thing to promote glandular growth aswell as length.
