Hi guys,

I have just started using the vacum hanger made by MB which is so easy and comfortable to use. I have started my routine using 2kg(4.4lb), for 4 X 15 min sessions 3 days on 1 day off. Now, I have tried the bib hanger and the redi-stretcher, but both were to uncomfortable to use for me, so I am glad I decided to try this new hanger.

I do not know if I have started off with to much weight, I know this hanger does not stretch any skin. And using light weight with the V-hanger has the same effect as using much more weight with say the bib hanger. I am on my 3rd day and on my last session, but I noticed when I put the weight on this time, the base of my penis started aching like fuck. Because of this I decided to just use 2.2 lb for the last session, what do you guys think? Am I using to much weight, I must say I have never experienced this ache before. I guess it is a sign my ligs have been stretched.

I have no idea but taking a break or backing off is always a good idea in a situation like that until you ask around.

I use the captains wench , & when I finally figured how to attatch it properly ( by using two cable clamps ) , I got a lot of aching in the ligs & less slipping & skin pull . I think you are using it properly , just start with less weight & work back up to the heavier weights again .

How about this:

Is this ache uncomfortable?
Is there any pain?
Is this ache fatigue?
Do you notice difficulty peeing?
Do you get erections?
How firm are they?

Yes the ache was uncomfortable, that is why I lowered the weight, although I did not think 2.2lb would be affective maybe it will, I dont know.

No pain just not comfortable, up untill my last session 4.4lb was fine, so I guess it must be fatigue.I have only used it for 3 days and thought I was starting with a low enough weight as it was. Unless this hanger is so good I can get fatique from using just 4.4lb of weight in 3 days.My erections are always poor, so no change there,but I can take a piss okay.

It is fatigue, from what I understand reading your posts. You should try hitting that point (avoiding real pain, of course) and then lower the weight. Are you building off days into your routine? If not, you should consider it seriously.

My ADS can apply about 3.5 pounds and I often reach that point of fatigue, and then lower the weight and go longer. Eventually, I am only using enough weight to keep it stretched (About 10 hours - 14 hours max). I do two days on and one off, then two on and two off. It’s not quite the same schedule as the IPR theory stuff I am reading so much about, but the days off seem to be exceedingly important to growth.

Time might match higher weight for effectiveness…at least at this early stage.

I would say priority #1 is to regain the healthy function first, then worry about length.

I know exactly what you are talking about, I have been using my captions winch with 5lbs 30min am and 30min pm 3 on 1 off. I made a vaccum hanger lastnight and use it for 1 1/2 hr today with 5lbs and wow it is a way better stretch. My shaft is more sore then when I tried to hang with 10 from my winch

I have always had weak erections, I am a smoker and a drinker so I always put it down to that. I seem to developed the weaker erections ever since I had this crazy one night stand, so I am guessing it is more in the mind.

I went up the doctors about it, and got prescribed viagra but its bloody expensive on prescription.

Anyway I am trying to give up smoking and get hold of some liquid c, to fool my brain into thinking I can always get it nice and hard, as I do think it is a mind thing.

Can I still v-hang under these circumstances, I am only using light weight. Because of my weaker erections, should I not be doing any pe. I have noticed loads of guys on here seem to get ed, because their dick is always knackered from pe.So where do you draw the line Mr. Happy.

I would draw the line at functionality.

If it’s too tired to work properly it needs a rest.

Yeah. Smoking is bad. Drinking less so, unless you are consistently drinking to excess: then the exhaustion your unit is experiencing is an extension of systemic exhaustion caused by your bad habits. Cut them out.

Viagra or Liquid C will promote blood flow. No question. The temptation will be to think everything is fine and go full steam ahead.

I wouldn’t if I were you.

I would decondition. Stop all PE. Let it rest. And maybe get serious about improving your lifestyle in the interim.

Your penis is only as healthy as your heart. Your aerobic function is hugely important to your heart’s health and your penis’s functionality. Think about it.

What do you want?

I know that quitting smoking is a bear: been there done that. Quitting drinking can be worse, depending on how much you do. But if that is what stands between you and a good sex life it should be no contest.

I use a hanger made from the clear dishwasher hose, and some latex rubber sheeting for a wrap. I can hang 5 lbs no problem, at one time I had worked up to 10 lbs, but could never go beyond that. I have experimented with many hangers, wench, etc; and could never find anything that let me hang more than 10lbs. I have MB’s vacuum hanger on order and hope to be able to hang heavier weights with it. I believe that it is gonna take heavy weights to really make a difference. When I am stretched out I can feel my ligs with my fingers and they are massive. Some guys talk about 15, and 25 lbs hanging. I have no idea how they do it.

dwade, are you using heat?

Many recommend a good warm-up as well as heat throughout the hanging set. Heat can loosen things up.

I would not rush to hanging high weight. Gain what you can using the least weight possble, and be patient about it. Some people need time to get their initial gains.

There is a theory floating around here that is gaining credence in people’s practical experience; if your body is shocked by too much it will respond by toughening up, thus making gains harder.

Do a search for “IPR protocol” and read up. Don’t reach for the heavy weights: go light, use heat and spend time. First with hanging, then an ADS

This approach seems to have worked for a lot of people.

It’s something to consider.
