Used Monker Bars V-hanger For 3 Days And My Penis Aches Like F***!!
I have just started using the vacum hanger made by MB which is so easy and comfortable to use. I have started my routine using 2kg(4.4lb), for 4 X 15 min sessions 3 days on 1 day off. Now, I have tried the bib hanger and the redi-stretcher, but both were to uncomfortable to use for me, so I am glad I decided to try this new hanger.
I do not know if I have started off with to much weight, I know this hanger does not stretch any skin. And using light weight with the V-hanger has the same effect as using much more weight with say the bib hanger. I am on my 3rd day and on my last session, but I noticed when I put the weight on this time, the base of my penis started aching like fuck. Because of this I decided to just use 2.2 lb for the last session, what do you guys think? Am I using to much weight, I must say I have never experienced this ache before. I guess it is a sign my ligs have been stretched.
