Unusual Wrinkles

Ive been hanging for about two weeks and i have started to notice that right above my pubic bone there appears to be a bunch of horizontal wrinkles and when I press on them i get a sore felling. What is this, I’m sure I got it from hanging but is this bad, is it stretch marks?
