Well, I’m very skeptical of the idea it gives you “powerful sperm” since your genes are determined and unalterable after conception, but I could imagine it might increase your sperm count by maybe increasing testosterone or something.

I’ve been doing this on my own for about a year now and can comfortably swing 15-20 lbs. from the whole package. I already practiced various forms of meditation, qigong, and sexual abstinence (only have one or two orgasms per month), so it hasn’t been too tough to learn on my own.

A question for LBM1, tho: I recall seeing in Master Tu’s video a picture of how he hangs from penis only—looked sort of like a noose hanger tied below the head. I wasn’t quite sure how to do that and so haven’t tried it on my own. (I’ve been using a bib hanger for penis-only hanging). I’m curious how Master Tu does the penis-only hang? I assume he does it while flaccid, correct? Am I correct in thinking it’s the same loop as for the penis+balls or balls only, but looped just below the head of the penis? Thanks.

That’s an advanced technique that we weren’t shown. It’s at the base for beginners. I’m not sure, but I don’t think he teaches that one until you’re able to lift 200lbs. And the breathing sequence is different.

I would strongly advice you take a seminar with him. He’s had to help a number of people who either tried to do it on their own, or learned it from someone who took a couple of classes or saw the video and thought they knew how to do it, and messed themselves up. As you well know, certain high levels of qigong can be very dangerous if certain protocols aren’t followed. This technique is definitely high level qigong.

Also at the weight you’re at, it’s going to start drawing more and more energy from your organs and their corresponding meridians to facilitate the jing accumulation and sublimation the process produces. That’s what the herbal formulas and specific meditations are for. If you’re not using them, you’re going to have problems down the line.

If you study qigong, meditation, traditional chinese medicine, & taoist alchemy, then you know that jing corresponds to the hormone and enzyme systems. You strengthen production of jing, you strengthen your physiological and mental functioning. And since your sperm is a replication of you, if you’re healthier, then you’re sperm is healthier.

Finally, you may want to check out the cutting edge field of epigenetics, which actually show that changes are made not to the dna code, but to gene activity all the time through environment, nutrition, etc.

To put it in TCM terms, genes are prenatal qi, environmental factors, food, water, gene activity are part of post-natal qi. The Chinese have been doing this for thousands of years. It’s just science with a different terminology & philosophy than we’re used to hearing.
