Uncut/ No Wrap/ Afb Hanger

I’ve tried hanging several times before and I could never get it to work. I made an AFB HANGER out of an old crutch and I use screws/ wingnuts to tighten it. Wrapping never really seems to work for me and always ends up with the hanger falling off, so, I used medi-wrap which I stole from the first-aid box at work to line the sides of the hanger. All I can say is that everything feels great and I felt a great deal of lig pull while using the AFB w/ out a wrap. One thing for my uncut brethren, when I felt too much skin pull I just angle my body downwards to take pressure off of my skin. I’m using 10 mins sets w/ recirculation breaks at 5lbs.
