2 Weeks of PE ing and have noticed and measured substantial gains! My wife is enjoying this progress, let me tell you.

Beginning stats:
BPEL 5 7/8”
EG 5 7/8”

12/27/03 stats:
BPEL 6 1/8”
EG 6”

This is fantastic!

Current routine is:

Hanging 2 hours/day 2 pounds
Jelqs: 750

no warm ups and no heat applied to the penis

Am I cheating myself by not warming up? Anyway, my goal is to be able to hang at least 40 to 50 pounds within 1 year and hopefully have my fantasy of a 10 incher within 2 years. Bib wrote in his autobiographical thread that he is able to hang 45 pounds and that he gained over 4 inches in length. This is the example that I want to follow. 50 pounds is equivalent to a small person swinging from your member, WOW! Well, in high school I could bench press 500 pounds so I guess 40 to 50 pounds on my dick isn’t an unattainable goal.

I thought it was advised to only hang for 20minutes at a time. Could it be your results come from the prolonged hanging? Just wondering.

I think you should ALWAYS warm up before a jelqing or hanging session.
Here’s why, I started PE’ing with a pump, didn’t know of, hadn’t heard of, any other way at the time,
well I ignored the warm up part and would get red dots, all over my dick.

Soon as I started warming up, I didn’t get any.

That was all it took for me to be convinced.

I also believe it’s best to use moist heat, instead of a dry heat source.
I believe it may help prevent getting vein thromboli.
Use water/heat before you lube, if you use lube.

Since you have great girth to begin with I would ask Bib if he would advise just going for length right now,
instead of doing both, I have a feeling he would.
Especially if your goal is to get to 10”

When he says 2 hrs hang time…..I’m sure he means “total sum hang time for the day” Not 2 hrs consecutively…

If you increase the weight too fast you will get a stronger dick instead of a bigger dick.

I had a some noticeable gains from the past 3 week, after I found this site. I was almost at 6.5 and 5.oo girth and I am now at 7 and 5.25 girth. I did some massive jelqing at night for up to 2 hours a night and I noticed increase girth and after hanging a bit with 2.5lbs fom 40min, to 90mins at one session, I noticed considerable gains in length…even at the flaccid level..length and thickness…(before…flaccid I was small…like 1.5inches…thumb size…though…when erected I was your top average guy…I hated the small flaccid size…very embarrassing, even among my wife. That was then and this is now…flaccid length is around 3.75 inches and much thicker than before… erection length increased .5inches in 3 weeks and girth increased .25 inches.

During shower times with my wife or without my wife…I noticed my wife eyeing my unit in the flaccid length…yeah…I did not mind it this time…I noticed she peeked some curiosity in her eyes about the difference, but has not figured it out yet. I actually enjoyed prancing around from time to time with a new flaccid length and my wife seemed to be more flirtatious and wanted sex more often. Of course, I have been in a more cockier mood, no pun intended.

However, during the x-mas break, I was out of more normal routine and away from home, my gains seemed to have slightly decreased in flaccid length size. And right now, I am just hanging around again trying to reestablish the previous gains.

Is it possible to loose what you gained?
I am interested in purchasing the penimaster…is it worth it?

My routine consists of 6-20 minute sessions per day, 10 minute breaks in between. 3 in the morning and 3 at night before bed. The jelqing is done right after my night sets.

As far as the heat is concerned, I tried using a hot rice sock and found that it actually made my dick shrink in size before hanging, so I stopped that immediately.

Also,I have also noticed that my ejaculations are shooting farther since I started PE 2 weeks ago.

I am in this for the long haul and will stop at nothing until I have reached my goal of 10 inches length, perhaps 7 or 8 inch girth. I know that I have a good starting girth, I just hate being reminded that I have a tuna can for a dick every tiime I make love to my wife. The added length is not much, but for someone that just started 2 weeks ago, it certainly is progress, I think.

1 more thing…

I am thinking about using a captains wench as an ADS. The problem is that I am sitting for almost 10 hours a day in a mailtruck. Would my position (sitting) affect my progress? Any advice would be appreciated.

if it works keep to this routine.

I wouldnt warmup until some problems occur if this is the way to gain for you (without warmup) i would stick to it.
If you have no pain…..

When you are on a plateau for 1 month try adding the warmup

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL
