UK Hangers

For hangers in the UK, can you tell me what sort of weights you’re using to hang with please and where you’ve bought them from?

I found some kettle weights in Argos that are pretty good and they have an array of weights at 5lb, 10lb, 20lb and 30lb. However I’m trying to find something I can easily increase the increment of by 1-2kg a week.

Any advise as to where you’re buying from would be appreciated.

Hiya Mr Scream I bought some dumbell weights at Argos some time ago. The smallest weights are 1.25kgs and the biggest one if 5kg, in that set there are more weights than I will ever hang with. I hope this is of some help to you. If it is of any help they were the grey YORK branded one’s.

Hey guys really want to get into hanging, got the same weights from Argos, what are you guys using as a device to hang wit?

I’d also like to know what other people from the UK are using. Is there anywhere that sells hangers over here? I want to buy one but don’t really want to order from abroad and pay customs charges

Hi, Have you tried ankle/wrist weights. I bought 6 pairs from Argos last year, started with one hanging from a clamp attached to my penis and now do three 10 minute sessions with four of them hanging there. Gives me a great stretch while the clamps works on the girth.
They weight in at 2.5lbs each, their not as cumbersome as free weights and they only cost around £6.99 a pair. Also you can walk around the house in your baggies (Training Joggers) with two hanging down each leg. Works for me.

I am using a Bib hanger and that is working well for me. I have just begun hanging again more seriously been on and off owing to persistent boners and have spent the time pumping.

Am looking at starting hanging as fas I have read it is a replacement for manual stretching ? Is this correct

If so what is the best equipment to get and from where, won’t be wearing it under my clothes

Saw this and thought it would be a good thing to start with

Will still do my jelqs ect, but bored with manual stretches so thought this would do if for me
