That’s right, I’m at war with my tunica. I have been fighting with the damned thing for months trying to coax more length along the shaft.
Sappy1, RB and others are doing fulcrum hanging to target the tunica. I am hanging exclusively for the tunica over the next 3 months. My routine is as follows:
Hanging straight out
Hanging over the shoulder
A lot of stretching including a lot of dual-fulcrum stretches
I’ll let everyone know how this worked when my 3 months are up.
I am also open to trying other tunica techniques if anyone knows any.
