Hi I’m just wondering if anyone can give me any help or tips on hanging correctly. It’s been a year since I have been experimenting with jelqing and have now decided to give hanging a go. I have a Bib hanger and a homemade hanger which I have been using for a few weeks but I just can’t seem to correctly hang without getting extremely bad pressure on my head whilst hanging and ending up with it being sore and painful!! Any ideas on where I could be going wrong? because its very frustrating and puts me off hanging but I feel it’s going to be my best option for gaining!
