Too much?

This is my third week in hanging. I am hanging two/three hours a day. Although with max 5 lbs.

Erection quality is good. No injury.

Am I going too fast? It feels good though.

Seems good to me, stay light if you want to hang that long.

Did you know America ranks the lowest in education but the highest in drug use? It's nice to be number one, but we can fix that. All we need to do is start the war on education. If it's anywhere near as successful as our war on drugs, in no time we'll all be hooked on phonics

As long as there is no problems with the length of time, shouldn’t be a problem, listen to your body. I wish I had that length of time to dedicate to hanging.
