Well said. The vac hanger gives a minimal pull on the skin. How long are the sets you’re doing with 5 lb ? I’m now at about 9.5-10 lb and can’t go longer on a set past 50 min because after that , the fatigue is unmanageable, plus my balls start to hurt as my primary angle is BTC.
