Too Much Foreskin & Other stuff

Too Much Foreskin & Other stuff

Help, any advice would be great. Currently hanging twice per day. 1 set for 20 min@ 5 lbs, 10 min break, 2nd set for 20 min@ 7.5 lbs this is my 5 A.M. morning routine. At 10 P.M. I hang for 20 min@ 7.5 lbs 10 min break then hang again for 20 min@10 lbs.

Here’s where I’m having problems: I’m circumcised so I don’t have excessive foreskin but when I hang I get alot of foreskin over the head. This foreskin is gathered from underneath the penis forward & partially envelopes the head to where the hanger starts to rest forward on top of the head itself and it gets fairly purple and cool.

The hinge of the hanger is placed under my shaft, I have the theraband as well as the hanger placed one inch behind the head ( as shown in the photogragh posted by another member ) the threaband is fairly loose when I wrap.

What really sucks is that I have to really tighten down the single bolt alot. My flacid girth is 4.5 inches. Also I’ve read about three ways to wrap. I trully don’t mean to sound like an idiot but is that three layers of wrapping at once or is it a seperate type of wrap for each hanging session?

What am I doing wrong??

Conger,

>What really sucks is that I have to really tighten down the single bolt alot. My flacid girth is 4.5 inches.<

It is obvious from the description that you do not have the hanger tight enough to grasp the internal structures of your penis. So, when you say you “tighten down the single bolt a lot”, it makes me think you are not providing enough girth. Also, you say you only wrap with Theraband. So, try wrapping with a layer or two of cloth, and then Theraband on top. You will have to re-adjust the internal hex nuts on the bottom bolts. Then, tighten enough to where you cannot pull the hanger down to the head by hand. Also, after hanging for a minute or two, you will need to re-tighten a little.

I have no idea what this means. Can you provide a link?

Bib,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

The wraps I’m referring to are three different drawings posted by Bib at the top of the hangars forum.

What type of clothe would be best for applying against the skin so that it doesn’t “grade” and still not slide at all?

I guess I have to really cut my pubic hairs a little shorter too, sometimes the skin feels like it’s stretching more than the ligs but I think I have some hair getting caught up in the bib.

When tightening down more on the bolts, should I feel any discomfort?

Conger,

No. The three drawings contain six steps for wrapping. Or at least how I did it.

I used thin type sweatshirt material. Something soft, that breaths, and is slightly elastic. Some guys use Ace bandage. I don’t know what “grade” means.

Yes.

You might feel an inner discomfort from the pressure which goes away when you apply the weight. No pinching or binding etc.

I’m still trying to fine tune this wrap process, too. My particular issue is the one inch of skin between the hanger and the head gets “bulged” or pinched when the weight is applied. After only a few minutes it will be swollen with fluid and looks like a blister. Trying to keep it under the wrap violates the “one inch” rule, and any wrap in front of the hanger tends to fold under between the hanger and head - unacceptable I assume.

Its frustrating as sometimes its fine, I unwrap to rest, then spend 20 minutes wrapping and rewrapping to get it right the next set.

Bib - is it nessessary to to spiral? Why not just use a three inch width of theraband.

PS it helps me to dust with baby powder to reduce the theraband from adhering.

Grower,

I don’t really understand this. Unless you mean you have blood in the head and it builds up pressure. The one inch of skin should roll over the head when the weight is applied and the hanger moves toward the head. It should not bunch to where it could be pinched.

You might try still wrapping one inch behind the head, but attach the hanger a little further back. Maybe a quarter to one half inch.

Once again, unless the head is filled with blood, there should be no great buildup of fluid. And I have never heard of swelling “after only a few minutes”. In general, the tighter the wrap, the worse the swelling. Could you please give more description of what you are actually doing?

>Its frustrating as sometimes its fine, I unwrap to rest, then spend 20 minutes wrapping and rewrapping to get it right the next set.<

First, why do you have to unwrap? Just squeeze down any built up blood and go. I usually would stay wrapped for a couple hours at least. But anyway, after a while, you know exactly how to do wrap for the most comfort, and it takes little time.

I know of at least one guy who does that. I think Penismith or ledzep. Maybe not. But whoever it was, that is all they used. I personally needed the support of a wrapped bundle.

Some guys use no wrap at all.

Give me some more info and I will try to see what the problem is.
