Well TuggerJoe, practice could definitely benefit me I need to start at love making 101 all over because sleeping primarily with the same girl over the last few years has made me lazy and my mind numb, thanks for the suggestion I think I will make some notes to study over.

Not only does it hurt you but it hurts them too. They need to want to be on top to though or they will never be good at it. Like with any kind of physical movement there has to be some muscle learning.
