Time b4 going Bib
Ok….I have gained .5 inch since I started PEing….about a year ago :/ I have started a new routine that includes a lot more manual stretching and PJing…5 times a week. I just started this routine two weeks ago and so far no results, however, I DO feel slightly sore during the exercise days. Now….how long should I go (if I dont see results…) before going on hanging? Nothing else has worked, then again, I cant recall ever feeling this “worked” during the week.
