Hi guys, I am to the end of my third week of hanging, and I moved up to 3 sets od 10 lbs on wed, from 4 sets of 5. Do you guys think this is okay. After 3 sets with 10 lbs, I usually fatigued. 3 sets of 20 minutes each I mean. Also what do you recommend for an after workout wrap. I read the thread about some type of velcro wristband, but I don’t know where you get it from. Any suggestions.

Walgreen’s used to sell the wrist wraps but they dont carry them anymore. Im a newbie hanger myself but I think that if you feel fatigued then your current routine is sufficient. Once you no longer feel that fatigue then and only then do you need to up the weight or number of sets.

So after you fatigue, are you hanging further sets at a reduced weight?

no I just do about 100 wet jelques, and 5 minute heating pad cool down. I tried wrapping yesterday, but my head kept getting a little purple. I was wrapping with a church sock, and some sticky ace bandage over it. It works pretty good for my hanging wrap. Any suggestions on after workout wraps bib, or should i get a cock ring.

After you become fatigued, try to hang more sets at a reduced weight. If you hit fatigue after three sets at 10 lbs, then drop to 7.5. If you reach fatigue there, drop to five lbs.

How do you cool down while heating? Heat before you hang, and during the first half of your total number of sets. Then, for your last sets, do not heat. Also, don’t heat after your sets.

Then the wrap was too tight.

A traction wrap and a cock ring, or engorgement wrap, are two different things. If you want to keep your length in the extended state, then use the traction wrap.

thanx bib, so is the ace bandage good for traction wrap, and is it ok to put the sock underneath. I so this because the wrap has the sticky stuff, and I don’t know how my dick will react to it. When I wrap how extended should I be, because the longer I get the more erect I get, because I have a small flaccis size. It’s about 3 to 3.5 inches. What if I don’t have that much time to hang that many sets. I hopefully get in two 15 minute ones with reduced weight after my 3 20 minute ones.

I also have a sort of dark ring around my base, I think it is where I started to get skin pullage, and the wench slipped a little. It kinda of looks like something you would get from rug burn. It’s been there for about a week.

I will start off my 4th week tommorrow instead of monday with 2 to 3 sets of pounds, just to get my dick ready for monday. It seems like my dick has been feeling a little numb mabey. I don’t know it jsut feels kinda tough. Mabey it is just soreness from tht hanger. My head color goes back to being pink as my tounge. I have noticed for some reason it seems harder to pull back my foreskin, as I am super uncut. my skin close over my head. When I pull it back it seems like I have to pull a little harder, like the head is mabey dry, or mabey it is a sign of growth.

While I was masterbating I did noticed my dick seemed mabey a little firmer, and possibly looked a little longer. I really don’t want ot measure, cause I do all the time. Do you think the jelques are okay after the workout.

Only you can judge how good it will be.

Use the wrapping thread, or wrapping tutorial to learn how. You stretch by grasping the head between thumb and forefinger, and wrap while stretched. You should be much longer when wrapped than your flaccid.

Just do what you have time for. But try to hang when fatigued at a lower weight.

Be careful of stealth numbness. You should evaluate whether you are losing sensitivity and take time off if you are. Also, be sure to check your hanging setup to see if you are putting undo stress on the dorsal nerve.

I recommend light jelqing after a hanging session to restore complete circulation.

I got the wrist band yesterday at the third store I tried. Seems all the drugstores are making their own brands now. Found mine at WalMart. It’s Homedic, Therea P Wrist Band. It has 7 small weights in it. Cost is $9.00 Also, use it in tandem with a cable clamp. Cost, $2.00. Peforeal turned me onto it for flaccid hang and girth gains.

I’m confused about the location of this dark ring - clarify what you mean when you say “around my base”. Pin-point the exact location.

The hanger should not be anywhere near the base of your shaft (closer to your groin) - if that is what you mean by “base”

You say it looks like a rug burn - does this discoloration hurt? Is it sensitive to the touch?

it is actually on the middle part of the shaft, but it is not sensitive to touch or hurt. It looks kinda like a mark from a cable clamp.
