Hi guys, I am to the end of my third week of hanging, and I moved up to 3 sets od 10 lbs on wed, from 4 sets of 5. Do you guys think this is okay. After 3 sets with 10 lbs, I usually fatigued. 3 sets of 20 minutes each I mean. Also what do you recommend for an after workout wrap. I read the thread about some type of velcro wristband, but I don’t know where you get it from. Any suggestions.
