Hi everyone. Sorry if this thread has been done before, but I hope that posting this thread individually may be more help to me rather than going through other threads and trying to collate information for myself personally.

But after joining here in May 2014 I finally got a Penis Exercising routine going for me which since the beginning of 2015 to the end of that year, I gained 1/2 an inch to my erected length through a non-hanging routine.

I can’t tell you all how wonderful that is, it’s truly miraculous to me and has taken away a ton of my fears and stress, and I love the idea that I can keep on growing, hopefully.

However I’ve wondered if I should start getting into hanging weights on my penis to make my growth process not so slow? I don’t know if I will just grow another 1/2 inch this year or even less through what I’m doing. I’m interested in having a more effective routine if it can be done through hanging but I have no idea where to start.

I don’t know if anyone here can advise? You can see my stats in my sig, but in case you want to know my current routine it is…

20 mins Heating with IR Lamp
(I keep IR lamp on throughout the rest of my routine…)
20 mins Stretch
20 mins Jelq
10 mins Kegel

3-5 days a week. 1 day off. I’ve started alternating with only Jelqing around 3 days per week, and on the days when I don’t Jelq, I instead stretch for 40 mins.

I’m not sure if this routine is still making me grow erected length, or if so, if it is doing so quick enough. I wonder if hanging will do this better?

Is it ok to ask what other people here may think? As said on another thread, I know I’ve been a bit frustrated with people helping me before, but I no longer wish to be that way as I know it’s an unethical and unappreciative way to treat the generous helpers here, so my apologies for this (I plan to PM users before and apologise in person as well). I just hope that people can help me out on these current concerns I have. Thank you all.

Changes are often needed for continued growth. If you’ve stuck with basically that routine for the last year, then you clearly need to change. The obvious questions are how long did it take to grow the 1/2” and when did your gains slow? You might be better off changing your manual routine, adding squeezes, improving your stretching, consistently doing more work, before going down the hanging route.

That said hanging might be a good route forward for you, if you have privacy and time. You will quickly get to 1hr a day and you won’t need to take rest days so much, if at all. You may also want to be doing manual work as well: jelqing in tandem with hanging is common and recommended by most seasoned hangers.

I notice from your signature that you only mention base girth. Hanging will probably increase that. What’s up with your mid shaft girth?

I’m not sure my gains are slowing. They seem to be staying at this same length, or possibly showing signs that they may be continuing. I measure a lot, about 6 times when masturbating, there are little indications that I may be pushing an extra 1/16th of an inch sometimes.

I’ll measure my mid shaft girth, put it on here. (Not this week, doing a medical trial hopefully) But it’s pretty much the same as base from what I remember, not much less anyway.

It’s a concern if hanging increases base girth, not sure I want that.

I wonder about changing my manual routine too. I’ve stopped my 20 minute jelq on every PE day and gone for 40 minute stretches, but I wonder if there are other changes I need to make? It’s hard when I don’t know enough about PE routines and my penis to do this.

I squeeze when I jelq, I try to stretch as hard as I can and in different ways, I wonder if changing my stretches is something I should do, what are the best hand stretches etc.?

Like you say, maybe I should move into a new routine before hitting hanging, it may be too much of a leap or an unnecessary one. But I have a lot of time at home right now, so that would be a good idea to take advantage of this. I sit on a sofa when I work though, so not sure how to hang with that.

Actually I did just measure my erection about 2 hours ago. This is the first time in 3 days I masturbated. Also the last 2 days I just stretched for 40 minutes, no 20 minute jelqs.

I am pleased to say that I am nearly 6 inches, wow. Like 3/16ths under 6 inches. That is longer than my recent height limit of 5 3/4 inches. So today is my greatest length, which is an increase to when I last measured myself last week.

Seems what I’m doing is showing signs of increasing length.

Not sure if I should stick to what I’m doing, or do changes to my manual routine or if I can speed things up by doing hanging? I wonder if hanging can only be better for me?

I’d wait in hanging until you show no signs of gain. PE is about the path of least resistance.
