The right type of model.
So, after doing PE on and off for a number of years I’ve finally been really disciplined for the last 4 months. I’ve really only been doing the newbie routine and I haven’t seen much in terms of length gains. I’m either going to buy or build a hanger. I was leaning towards a vacuum hanger, but I want your opinions.
What are the most comfortable hangers? What are the easiest to use? What are the most effective? I know that there is a FAQ and I have read it. However, I know that these things can change. Does anyone have any input that they want to bestow upon me? I was confused by the LOT theory. I’m not really sure which device or which angle I should aim for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
